Grading, low-spot repair, and site prep that drains the way it should.
Sod Installation & Dirt Work
Bare ground after a project, low spots holding water, a yard that will not drain because of grade — we handle the dirt work first, then the sod. Grading and site prep, low-spot repair, and sod installation that establishes properly. Free estimates across East Texas.
Our Process
How we approach sod installation & dirt work
Inspect
Site assessment: static pressure, flow rate, grade, and the condition of what is already in the ground.
Design
A plan sized to the property — zones, head spacing, pipe runs, and drainage routes.
Install
Work done to plan, at depth and to grade, with materials rated for the job.
Verify
Every zone tested and adjusted, results documented, and the system walked with you.

The Work
Dirt work first: we cut and fill to correct slope, compact in lifts so the grade holds, and finish-grade so water sheds away from structures. Low spots are filled and feathered, not topped off. Then sod: soil prep, tight seams, rolled contact, and a watering-in schedule so it roots instead of drying at the edges. Free estimates across East Texas.
