Inspect
Site assessment: static pressure, flow rate, grade, and the condition of what is already in the ground.
Design
A plan sized to the property — zones, head spacing, pipe runs, and drainage routes.
Install
Work done to plan, at depth and to grade, with materials rated for the job.

Every zone tested and adjusted, results documented, and the system walked with you.

The Work
The base comes first: excavate, install and compact base material in lifts, and shape it so water moves instead of pooling. Drainage is built into that base, not added afterward. Turf is then laid to the finished grade, seamed, and secured at the perimeter. Where a proper install calls for it, we set mortared hardscape edging so the edges stay put rather than lifting.
